Leaflets for people living with a Neuromuscular Disorder

June 12, 2024 by Kellie McCallum

Bladder issues, such as incontinence, can be a common symptom in people with neuromuscular disorders.

Courtesy of The National Rehabilitation Centre for Neuromuscular Diseases (RCFM)  a series of HAP-PEE resources on continence care are now available on POD-NMD, and detail the challenges faced by women with NMD when having to urinate away from home. The resources, available to both physiotherapists and patients, include HAP-PEE project study posters, urination screening questions, videos and patient advice sheets.

View all continence care resources.
