Activity and Fatigue
Capturing a person’s activity and exercise patterns can be an important part of guiding your advice to them. A simple method is the Rapid Assessment of Physical Activity (RAPA).
The Rapid Assessment of Physical Activity (RAPA) questionnaire provides clinicians with a tool for quickly assessing the level of physical activity of their older adult patients. It was developed by the University of Washington Health Promotion Research Centre (UW HPRC) after a review and evaluation of existing written questionnaires.
